We confirm within 24 hours.<\/strong> You will get a pickup date and a packing note.<\/p>\n

Hand it over in original condition.<\/strong> Tags, boxes and accessories should come back with it.<\/p>\n

Refund.<\/strong> Once the item is received and checked, the amount goes back to the original payment method, or to your store wallet if you prefer.<\/p>\n

Items that are used, washed, or damaged after delivery cannot be accepted. If something arrived faulty, tell us within 48 hours and we will treat it as a defect claim instead.<\/p>"}
