About these terms

This website is operated by Hezillion Network LLP, Tamil Nadu, India. By placing an order or creating an account you accept the terms on this page. If you do not accept them, please do not use the store.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
• The information you give us must be accurate — a wrong delivery address can make an order undeliverable.
• We may suspend an account that is used for fraud, abuse or resale misrepresentation.

Products and pricing

• Product descriptions, specifications and images are provided in good faith. Minor variation in colour or packaging can occur between batches.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• We may change prices and availability at any time. The price shown at the moment you place the order is the price that applies to that order.

Orders

• An order is a request to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it and dispatch the goods.
• If an item turns out to be unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund that item in full.
• We may refuse or cancel an order where there is an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, or a delivery address we cannot service.

Delivery

Delivery timelines are confirmed at checkout for your pin code. They are estimates and can be affected by weather, strikes or courier delays. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by the Refund & Return Policy published on this site, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The name Hezillion Mart, the logo, page copy and photographs on this site belong to Hezillion Network LLP or are used with permission. You may not copy them for commercial use without written consent.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost opportunity. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Tamil Nadu.
